About these terms

These terms apply when you use seconddawn.ai. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: nina@seconddawn.ai.

What Second Dawn does

Second Dawn prepares and sends legal takedown notices, including DMCA notices, to websites hosting images of you that you did not consent to share, and follows up when websites do not respond. You review each notice before you submit it; once you submit, it is sent automatically.

We cannot guarantee that a website or search engine will remove content, or how quickly. Second Dawn is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Your authorization

When you sign the agent authorization, you allow Second Dawn to send notices and removal requests on your behalf for the content you submit. You can withdraw it by emailing nina@seconddawn.ai.

Your responsibilities

Submit only content that shows you, or that you are otherwise entitled to have removed. The information you give us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Takedown notices are legal statements, and false claims can have legal consequences.

Do not use Second Dawn to harass anyone or to remove content you have no right to remove. We may refuse or stop requests that appear to misuse the service.

Pricing

Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Survivors referred by a partner organization receive takedown notices and follow-ups free. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Liability

Second Dawn is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what websites, search engines or other third parties do or fail to do.

Ending your use

You can stop using Second Dawn at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing nina@seconddawn.ai.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
